The mistake most people make is they can’t do everything they want to do in one day so they do nothing. In reality, doing something (even something small) that will move you closer to your goal is better than nothing.

Happy James Hons is a professional instructor at our Lighthouse Point dojo. James is eligible for his 3rd degree black belt in October of 2017. Since the black belt cycle began, he has picked up the frequency, intensity, and duration in his training. He is running, training every day, and even attending the Friday morning "fight club" class at 6:30. Happy James is taking action every day...and not waiting until tomorrow!
